Brunswick's colonials and split-levels along Grafton Road and Route 303 were built on contractor packages through the 90s and 2000s — original vinyl in the kitchens, laminate in the main areas, carpet in the bedrooms. That laminate is at or past its failure point in most of these homes now: seam cracking, surface fading, swelling near moisture sources. LVP replaces all of it and handles Ohio's moisture better.
